Who owns Equi-Trax University?

How do I sign up for a class?

From the home page, click the New Students: Click here for registration link. Fill out the form and submit it. You will then be automatically sent to the student home page. Select the Classes - Available tab and click on the Enroll link next to the class you wish to take. You can sign up for the course - just fill out the credit card information.

What credit cards do you accept? Do you take PayPal?

At Equi-Trax University we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not take American Express and we do not accept PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

Are there set times and dates that the class meets?

Currently all of our classes are self paced. You can take them as fast or as slow as you�d like. You can sign in at any time your schedule allows.

How long will the course take to complete?

The Equi-Trax Agent BPO Certification course should take you no more than one and a half hours. Some students may complete the class even faster.

How do the classes work?

Our classes are online self paced courses. You can sign on from any computer with internet access. We don�t require you you to have Adobe's Flash Player installed on your computer - most computers already have this free software. All you need to take a class is a computer and internet access. All of our classes are self-paced so the material is available to you whenever your schedule allows for it. Some classes offer a bonus pdf of the class to download and print so you can follow along.

How do I login to my course?

The home page at Equi-Trax University has a box at the right of the page to login.

Is my login on Equi-Trax University the same as on the Equi-Trax website?

No. The university is a separate system. Even if you currently have an Equi-Trax login, you will need to create a new account here at Equi-Trax University.

I forgot my user name/password, how do I reset them?

You can click on the forgot password link to fill in your email to have a new password emailed to you. The password will be sent to the email account you used when you filled out the registration.

What does the course cost?

The cost of this course is only $49.99. This is much less than other online BPO training courses and has the added benefit of directly raising your Equi-Trax rating. Picking up one extra BPO from Equi-Trax as a result of your rating increase pays for the course. Completion of this training course is not required to be a registered BPO provider with Equi-Trax. However, you will receive more BPOs and short sale opportunities through your increased rating. This is an advantage to you over agents who do not complete the training.

In the certificate, my name is printed backwards (last, then first). What can I do?

When you entered your name in the registration form, you entered it Last, First. You can quickly fix this.

Log in to your account and go to User Home. You can then edit the name fields on this screen. Rembember to save your changes.
